Khalid!
No tears! how am I possibly gonna send you a snack to Amman! let alone it includes ice cream! yep, you heard me right :) I broke my ice cream fast.

David,
Good choice, but I'm afraid the DHL people or the UPS won't take ice cream :|

Touta,
YOU WISH! I already ate them before I thought of sharing with you people. My mom tried one from the first plate and dad from the second :D

Qamoora,
(today is world's new nicknames)
Now I'll start feeling guilty for not sharing!

To make you people feel better let's put a new rule for attawie's blog,

"Attawie shares photos of food only and not food"

how about that?

Oh, you don't have to send me food in the mail Attawie, I have a very good imagination and can taste the food in my mind. ;)

It is possible to send ice cream in the mail. I will tell you a short story about how I know this. When I was about 12 years old, I went to a big museum dedicated to NASA space missions. They had a big visitor shop where there were many interesting things for sale related to the various missions and space exploration in general. One category of product was astronaut food. They had packages of food there that were identical to some of the food items that astronauts ate in space. One of the items was ice cream. That caught my eye and I raised my eyebrow in disbelief. The ice cream was in a little sealed packet at room temperature. I took the packet from the display shelf and read about the contents. The packet contained a small amount of dehydrated vanilla and strawberry ice cream. It was only a dollar, so I bought it. I opened the package to eat my astronaut dessert and found inside a small elongated cube with white and red stripes. It smell sort of like strawberry, but the smell was not very strong. I bit a piece off. It had the texture of a sort and crumbly cracker. It wasn't very chewy, but as I chewed, it softened as it absorbed moisture from my mouth. It tasted somewhat like vanilla and strawberry, but I thought that most of the flavor had gone due to the dehydrating process. It was interesting to eat something that astronauts had also eaten in space, but I thought it must be pretty boring at meal time in space if the food is all like that. :)

=D I thought of that yesterday while I was doing my school work. I was staring at my chemistry and suddenly it just came to me...and I can't think of anything else so it must be why it sounded familiar.

Shukran attawie, 3ashat eedich.
